I applied for the position on November. At the begging of December I got the first email from the recruiter, with whom I planned the first phone call. They also provided me a file with some questions that could have asked at the interview and also to prepare a phone call with a client trough a case also provided by them. The first interview has been nice, the account manager made me feel calm and comfortable - the questions were mainly on the curriculum and experiences. The day after I got an email in which it was written that I had passed the interview and that in a week I would have had the second and last phone call. The second interview was more specific to the role I was supposed to play, other questions focused on my knowledge of the facebook business world. Overall, the interviews are not difficult. The only thing that I did not like was that after the second interview I did not know anything from facebook and recruiters, so after two/three weeks I decided to send an email to the first recuiter who had contacted me, asking kindly to have information, but they never answered me. This was a bit disrespectful.
