Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Meta (Dublin, Dublin) em set. de 2018
Entrevista
Had an initial call with a recruiter, who organized a remote technical screening interview. Two Developer Support Engineers from the team did a one-hour technical coding test via an online utility and live call. It was moderately challenging, but I completed both problems within the time.
The next day I got an email from the recruiter telling me the feedback from the tech screening was very positive and that I could come in for a series of on-site interviews (or 'loops' as they call them).
There were four interviews on site. A 'presentation' on a tech-related topic you're passionate about, a coding interview with a Developer Support Engineer, a behavioral interview with another Developer Support Engineer, and finally a session with their Developer Support Engineering Manager. It all went great, I got a really positive vibe - the manager and I ended up talking way past the scheduled time. Overall, I felt very confident that I would get an offer.
However, after no word for over 10 days from the recruiter, I was called and told that while I was "technically very competent", they were going to go with someone else. No other feedback whatsoever.
The technical round for meta was rather straight-forward, living coding of one or two medium difficulty leetcode questions. Asked about how the role was and how interviewee can contribute at the specified role
The interview process was seamless made it to the second stage. The first interview was a phone call from the recruiter which was cool. The second was technical interview with 2 people live.

it took almost 4 weeks an overall very smooth process. first a phone interview with a recruiter, then a 1-hour online coding with the respective team member and then there was an onsite interview of 4 hours.
