Unfortunately both recruiters went MIA after the initial phone interviews. Had phone interviews for two different roles. Recruiters, as is customary, said they would provide me with an update. Followed up twice with the both of them, and never heard back. Quite a bad experience, to say the least. And here's the catch, they reached out to me, I never applied for either of the roles they interviewed me about.

organized, very systematic, very clear process and structured. Visibility into the process as a whole. Starts with a recruiter screen and then you start talking with other people in the org.

Entrevista
Straightforward but there is a take home assignment. People are nice. Can be a bit drawn out. You get a good sense of company and get a lot of opportunities to ask question with everyone you speak with.
