Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Meta em dez. de 2018
Entrevista
I was contacted by the HR online.
1st stage was a phone screening with HR for around 30min, she was really nice and explained the role very clearly. The HR wanted to know about my background and my work experiences so I walked her through my resume, and she asked some basic questions which were not difficult to answer. HR scheduled the next interview for me and provided an interview guidance deck for my reference.
2nd stage was a video interview via BlueJeans with one of the SMB account manager from team and the team lead. The interview was scheduled for 45min but the interviewers were 5 min late. The team lead asked questions first in English and the rest was went through by the SMB account manager in Mandarin. Questions were not very easy to answer and quite different from the references provided from HR. Need to have some knowledge and understanding on SMB industries. Only 5 min for asking question which allowed me to ask just one and the interviewers actually didn't answer my question at all, making my question still unsolved.
Didn't do well on the video interview so couldn't get into the next round, but they will not contact you if you didn't pass although the interviewers mentioned they will.

I was hesitant about aplkying or Facebook after seen all negative reviews however a recruiter reached out and asked if I'd take a call which I agreed to. After the call it took about a week for him to come back for a VC call with the hiring manager. I had the VC call which went fine so I was invited on sight after another week for a F2F interview. Again this went fine so I was invited to the final two F2F interviews which the first went great we had a lot in common and jelled really well however the last interviewer was so unprofessional that the minute she sat down she gave out about her colleagues calling them incompetent because they couldn't organise a room!! Straight away I felt uneasy however when she started reading questions from a sheet I felt we were finally getting to what I was there for however I felt she was so inexperienced and some responses to the questions she asked she couldn't understand? All through the interview she kept looking at the door at her colleagues going by and would wave and speak to them through the glass which I found so rude but at the end of the interview when she asked if I had any questions really took the biscuit as I asked a simple question about her current role and what she enjoys about it and she basically ran the place and people into the ground!! Not very professional at all!! I kind of got the feeling she didn't like how prepared and knowledgeable I was about the role!! After this interview even though I know I answered everything to how they would (or so I taught) wanted I got a feeling it would be her that wouldn't want toaccept me!! I feel they also just wanted to know what I bring to my current role as I'm well experienced in this area and they wanted to pass it off as their own contributes!! Anyway it's been over two weeks with no response which is disgraceful considering the time and effort I put in even an rejection email at least would suffice!!

Was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. Had a phone screening and then a video interview with one of the account managers. Never heard back, not even a thank you email. Had another interview experience with Google which was a much more pleasant experience.

Via referral got the call in the next days.
The CV went in the system 4 months ago by the time I had all the interviews and the feedback-less rejection.;
1 Recruiter call - fine, why Facebook and the role, some experience questions
2 Peer call - great! Super friendly, answered competency questions and pitched for 10 mins. Really enjoyed that.
3 On-site (postponed 3 times once a week). 3 people + 1 exercise with all of them. It was pain-free. Some tough questions to make you think.
I was rejected without explanation as they don't give feedback on interviews. For a company that has 2 billion peoples worth of DATA and BEHAVIOUR, they couldn't take 5 mins to explain over the phone (where there wouldn't be a paper trace for them if they are worried). Other companies in the market do give feedback, and they are just as large.
The interviewers were nice and give you positive signs but then no feedback.
Overall I won't be wasting my time again.
