I submitted my resume to facebook through the careers page on their site. About a week later, I received a call from an internal recruiter. The initial phone interview lasted between 20-30 minutes. A few days later, I was contacted to set up an in-person interview. I met with three people for about 30 minutes each.
The next day, I received an email letting me know that I was out of the running.

Tell me about some challenges you've faced recently in your job.
Nice talk, few talks about the well being tho, more about objectives and departments next steps. We then proceed to discuss the Feta privacy policies and law. We did discuss employees branding and next step to proceed with campus recruitment out of business schools
I had two interviews and followed up weekly without a response. Nearly two months later, when I did hear back, I was told I wasn't moving forward in the process. The second interviewer interrupted me often, and it felt as if they did not want to be there.
it was unusual as i did not know what to expect and was waiting on expectations to arrive that never materialized so i do not know what the situation could really be like in working there and i hope to find out at some point
