Phone screen w/recruiter- lasted over 30 mins. She asked very clear and poingnant questions that I had to really think twice about. Very focused questions, clearly w/pre-thought around pre-screening. Good start, always good to see they are stringent in how they hire people.
My answer to "what will your current employer do to retain you" probably did not convince her. Got an email a week later I was not in the running.
Nice talk, few talks about the well being tho, more about objectives and departments next steps. We then proceed to discuss the Feta privacy policies and law. We did discuss employees branding and next step to proceed with campus recruitment out of business schools
I had two interviews and followed up weekly without a response. Nearly two months later, when I did hear back, I was told I wasn't moving forward in the process. The second interviewer interrupted me often, and it felt as if they did not want to be there.
it was unusual as i did not know what to expect and was waiting on expectations to arrive that never materialized so i do not know what the situation could really be like in working there and i hope to find out at some point
