Recruiter approached me in June and expressed interest. After the initial phone screening, the first coding round was scheduled a month later. The round was tough, however I kept on talking and expressing my ideas. I believe that sailed me through. Worked much harder for the onsite and sailed through it. Overall it was the toughest interview I have given (I have given M$ and Adobe) however the interview process and guidance was top notch.
