Went through to the final round of interviews (6 in total). It was a nice process, but a process none the less. It was a good experience overall but the final project was a lot not to get an offer at that point.

Meta used to offer the BEST recruitment process, but things have changed. Interview process was alright, felt more transactional (and less personal) than before. No interview feedback was given and the recruiter was uncontactable after that.

Entrevista
Prepare slides with an introduction, a ten minute presentation on a content project you've worked on and a five minute presentation on a visual that moved a project forward. Then around 25 minutes on critiquing a product flow. The interview itself wasn't hard, but I was off my game for the product crit.

Lots of work, really incredible and interested interviewers. The interview process is mapped out transparently and structured in a way to help set you up for success. My recruiter was a phenomenal human being.
