Very short lead time for a full presentation. Full day of back to back interviews was very exhausting. To not have any substantial feedback afterwards made me feel short changed after giving so much.

Pleasant and quick! The questions focused mainly on XFN coordination and I needed to be able to talk about my past projects in details, and what went wrong. Be prepared to talk a lot about your communication, how you'd tailor it to different groups, etc.

30 min HR Screen phone call followed by a 45 hiring manager virtual zoom interview and then finally a full loop which consisted of 5 45 minute virtual zoom interviews.

All interviewers asked “tell me about a time” questions and “why meta?”
You feel like a number because no one in the interview process remembers anything about you. 3 recruiters interacted with me and none of them stayed with the org, just passed me to the next person in a 3 week span.
