The process took three weeks and was very disorganized. They didn’t seem to know what they wanted and ghosted me for two weeks after multiple follow-ups. They asked detailed questions about my credentials, graduation year, and GPA, which weren’t relevant to the job. Overall, I didn’t enjoy the process. They also asked for my current and previous supervisor’s names without my consent.
