I was invited to the Enfield office. I had to do 1 multiple-choice test with very simple questions and one longer test with 3 questions to test my problem-solving. Then I had a 1:1 interview to discuss my answers to the second test.

All in-person at London HQ. 'IQ' style on-paper assessment followed by a series of scenarios presented on paper that we write a solution for in 30 minutes or so. Then, a chat with two developers in succession.
