Entrevista
Interview process was fairly standard, leaning on the more casual side. Recruiter screen, manager screen, technical interview (very simple prompt, leaves room for ambiguity), co founder conversation and then a cross functional interview. The interview with the co founders was very odd and way too personal for a job interview. The questions were very off putting and they even asked “who is someone that hates you”. Not a great vibe from my end. After that the cross functional interview was also very technical.

Entrevista
Standard interview, was asked about experience and motivation for applying for this specific role. Very informal and relaxed, it was not technical just introductions and role explanation and scope. I did not show enough interested so I was not selected
Great process, well run with fast turnaround despite negative outcome this time. However, feedback could have been more in depth, especially since they have an AI notetaker. Overall everybody was kind and competent
