Streamlined, collaborative approach. fair The company allowed for me to decide whether I wanted to interview at home or in their office. CEO was pleasant and I met my team lead over a beer

If you're familiar with Top Grading, Method Savvy does use it.
Phone Screening:
Very casual, the team lead contacted me and we had a pretty good chat about the role, the company and what the team did.
1st Round Technical Assessment:
They have an inhouse technical assessment using Sheets (spreadsheet), very good cover of what you may need as basics to be successful at the role.
2nd Round Face to Face:
Met with the team members and they are friendly, smart, and passionate at what they do.
Fairly open to any questions you may have about the role and day to day.
After, I met with the team lead and the VP, went over some background stuff (education, work experience etc)
Standard interview questions, team lead is very bright and very friendly/understanding.
(was supposed to meet with CEO same day but had emergency, which they were more than understanding about)
Met the CEO, very ambitious and strong willed. Very driven and had a clear vision about why he wanted to do what he wanted and how he planned to achieve it. I believe strong leadership should be one of the deciding factors of, why you want to work at a firm like this.

The initial email to being the interview process is a bit daunting. They have a very "robust" interview process - which is respectable. But high expectations from a candidate should be reciprocated from the interviewers. A lot of quite long pauses and it seemed that they were in a conference room, could barely understand/hear. Three interviews later (with three more remaining in the process) I never heard back from them. A bit disappointing, candidates appreciate hearing back whether it's positive or negative.
