My interview experience was disappointing. After clarifying my background, the interviewer told me I would not be considered further, which I understood. However, instead of ending the call, they kept me on the line much longer than necessary, repeatedly explaining why I wasn’t moving forward. This came across as unprofessional and condescending. A more respectful and efficient approach when ending the interview early would have left a better impression.

Entrevista
There were multiple interviews with multiple departments. Across interviews there was a range of questions from previous experience, workplace culture, research skills, brief writing, team dynamics to ensure expertise as well as chemistry. There was no discussion of awards which was refreshing coming from bigger agencies
Miéchelle was a great interviewer, personable and friendly. She managed to convey the company and their worry for teammates in a very convincing manner. Seemed genuinely interesting in the feedback and the candidate.
