The interview took place at their quarterly Meet and Greet they hold at a conference center. Each department has their own table with their hiring managers (to include peer reviewers, directors, etc). You stand in line behind the dept/table you want to interview for (some lines are as long as an hour, so wear comfortable shoes). Interviews can take from 10-45 minutes. Once you pass the first interview, you will be asked to peer review which will either take place there, if the peer reviewers are present, or the following week. Though it is advertised as "new grad", they are more interested in "experienced". They care a lot about your "why" (why you became a nurse, why you want to work at that company, why you want to work in their department).

Fairly laid back, more of a conversation than a typical “q and a” interview. Got asked to come do a peer interview in a few weeks. The unit manager was very nice. I got set up with interviews after talking with a recruiter about my top unit choices.
