Applied online heard back 2 weeks later by telephone to book interview appointment. Interview a week later on Teams with 2 interviewers, one asking questions, one taking notes. Was called 2 days later to provide outcome and feedback.
Both interviewers weren't very engaging/enthusiastic. I have a very lighthearted and chit chatty personality as is key to great customer service. However they were both very stiff and just asked and answered questions. No real vibe or personality came through either person. Metro might want to consider how this reflects on them as I feel some relief to not getting the job.
