Entrevista
The process was extremely long. I originally applied in September 2025 and completed a phone interview that same month. I then had my first interview, which was virtual, in October 2025. After that, I did not hear anything back until November 2025, close to Thanksgiving.
In November, I was invited to a second interview, which included completing an in-person presentation. After that interview, there was again no communication for several weeks. Ultimately, I received a rejection email in January 2026.

Entrevista
The interview process was poorly organized and inconsistent. While the initial recruiter interview was professional and went great, the second interview with one of the managers started late and felt disjointed, with frequent interruptions, pauses to locate materials, and limited opportunity to fully respond to questions. The tone felt unwelcoming and lacked collaboration and professionalism, which made the experience frustrating and significantly impacted my overall impression of the organization.
