Initial phone screening, then 8 hours of interviews, lunch, Had to give an hour long presentation of the work I had done in my thesis. Most of it is fairly theory based, and most people had little knowledge of the area of my thesis. Lots of different projects going on. It was difficult to understand what my role would be within the organization

It was three total interviews. I started with a mutual contact for an informal conversation. He forwarded me on to HR who I had a 30 min interview with followed by a hour long panel made up of several current employees. Shortly after that, I spoke again to HR and they told me the interviews had gone well.
