I was called for interview. The person who interviewed me was the manager whom I will be reported to. I was there earlier before the appointment time, approximately one hour earlier. I checked in with the clerk at reception area. Later, I was called to meet the manager and talked about the position. First, introduction about yourself was carried out. Second, Q&A section was followed up by the manager to answer any questions. Later, the manager explained the general role of the position and benefit as the employee. The whole process took about 40 minutes.
