Referred by a construction recruiting company, more an informal referral. Interview was set up same day as contact, and second interview within one week. Interviewed first with HR Manager and two division directors, and second interview with supervisors. Interviews were informal and conversational, a pleasant and productive experience. I wish that every interview experience were like this, Metro Electric is a nice family company with a terrific and caring team.
