Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Metropolitan Opera Association.
Entrevista
Recruiter call, two online interviews, final in person. Interviews were relatively easy, short, lax. Wish they were more rigorous because it didn't seem like they could screen many people out that way, and 4 rounds dragged over 2 months was a bit unnecessary for an entry-level role requiring no experience. But worst part of the process by far was being ghosted despite multiple follow-ups, which seems to be the trend here. Completely unprofessional and reflects quite a bit how disorganized the company is as a whole.

There were three in person interview rounds. The interview was easy going and the interviewers were personable. However, they ghosted me after the final round which I felt was unprofessional, especially after going so far into the process.

Interviewed virtually, was notified about a week later. Actual job started a month later.
This position is for a "part time" position. I work 37 hours every week. Full time offers are made at random-- this is management's stated process. So far only two people in our office are full time. Management has also rejected every request for a raise for the past three years.
