Entrevista
very intense, and demanding, you must be focused , professional in appearance and in presentation both physical and verbal, you must be punctual, and demonstrate clear determination to succeed. The interview is very detailed there are different scenarios which will be shown to you, you must demonstrate that you are fully awake and ready for the tasks, time is also against you there are no prompting just role plays, these are designed to see how well you cope under pressure and also if you can self micro manage your own day to day tasks.

-1st stage - online test whereby they ask you about the competencies of the MET and you do recorded responses
2nd stage - verbal reasoning test online
3rd stage - 2 tests in person - one written task, one verbal task
4th stage - drugs test, fingerprints, fitness test (bleep test)

Very long, lasted over a year. Had to keep waiting for a response, very nerv racking and lots to think about. In terms of health tests. Had to keep waiting for an update, sometimes not very clear is what was happening

Assessment centre and second stage physical assessment including a bleep test run and medical where you need to give a hair sample and answer questions on medical fitness. There are also scenario questions.
