I interviewed for a Digital Marketing Manager role at the Metropolitan Pub Co. The interview itself was fine and a positive experience, but the complete lack of follow up after the interview itself was really disappointing. After taking time to interview, I would have at least expected to be updated on my application not being successful and ideally provided with some feedback. As part of Greene King they appear to have a large enough HR team to have been able to provide better follow up comms.
