I received a call from the recruiter. I scheduled an interview with managers and a senior developer. My questions were a combination of behavioral and technical questions. Interview lasted for an hour.

Chaotic. Applied for the position over 6 months ago before receiving a phone call to schedule an interview. Then had to follow up 3x before the interview was actually scheduled. When I arrived at MTA headquarters, my name was not in the system, had to track someone down to get me in the building, no one to greet you on the floor you were to go to or tell you where to go. I was able to get into the floor and to the conference room where my interview was scheduled. No one was in the conf. room, I waited over 1/2 hour before anyone showed up for the interview. The interview consisted of an HR rep and the hiring manager asking generic questions. Fairly straight-forward interview. Nothing overtly technical. The HR rep and manager seemed stunned with some basic generic questions I asked and did not seem to know how to answer them. I followed-up a week later to see my status and have not received an answer.
