I saw the job offer on Craigslist. Called the guy and we scheduled an interview near a restaurant downtown. As soon as I arrived I called him and he told me he would be there soon. After 30 minutes passed I called him again and he said he needed to reschedule. We met up a week later at Target Field, had the interview and I got the job.

Very basic, for a very replaceable job. They need as many people as they can get, as it is a very short term job for most people. Just be able to have good customer service and people skills and you will be alright.
