The process was unprofessional and non-structured. I did the interview at beginning of July, now after more than two months, no update, no rejection email. I followed up and called many times but no response. As a global company with such a strong reputation, I had expected clearer communication and a more structured process. Transparency and professionalism are values I strongly admire in an employer, which is why I was drawn to Mettler Toledo in the first place. But Mettler Toledo does not have it. I don't know why they created a leadership program when their leader and recruiter could not even handle a recruiter process professional.
