There were initial written assignments. Within a couple of weeks I was invited to the London office for an interview with two fee earners. The interview lasted around 3 hours with no break. They didn't explain anything about their company or show me around and treated the interview like a quiz not an interview with quick fire right or wrong scientific questions

Two stages of interviews. First stage gave a patent of an invention a few days before the interview, then asked you questions about it during. Second stage delivered you a mystery object to figure out what its function was. Both asked the expected motivation and CV questions
