1. HR & team director: stage 1 2. Hands-on experiment: involves calculation and experiment execution 3. Team interview: Senior members of the team repeat qns already asked by HR and team director.
The interview process is straightforward and easy if your experience fit into that role, the hiring manager focus on the experience and skillset the candidate has, HR will ask about the problems encountered and how to deal it them

Two rounds of interview, with a hands-on session, technical skills are tested to see if you are fit as they focus on high throughput screening. Not a tough one and the interviewers were honest.
