I met with the recruiter for about 30 min. It was a great conversation and very informative about the role, expectations and organization/department. I was then scheduled for the hiring manager interview. In my opinion, the conversation went pretty good. During thses initial stages of the hiring process, the recruiter was very good with communicating updates and next steps until the hiring manager interview was completed. I was then ghosted. I reached out twice, via email and text, for an update. 17 days later, I still have not received a response or an update or any further communication.
