They recently changed the process but in my case, I submitted my resume through the company's website and received a call the same week, they always receive applications but not always have job openings. I first went through a one on one interview with the program director and discussed the mission and vision of the program and my specific qualifications for the job; I received a phone call the same day requesting to schedule two paid auditions. For the first audition I was given basic information related to the group I would be teaching and was asked to prepare a lesson plan based on the information, I came to the classroom, gave the lesson in front of a panel and they gave me immediate feedback after my class was over. For the second audition I was asked to modify my lesson plan based on the feedback they provided the first time (they test your ability to improve based on feedback)
