The manager and Assistant manager looked over my resume and asked baseless questions to start a conversation. They said they liked my personality and asked where I see myself working. They didn't ask any management questions or other questions other than simple things like - am I a felon? Have I been arrested? etc etc.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
