This store was a brand new store. I applied online. Application was very easy, A test was given at the end. After about a week to 2 weeks I received a call back to come in for a face to face interview with the hiring/store manager. There was only 1 interview given and was told that I would get a call back if she did or did not decide to hire me.

Just asked me my availability, why I want to work here, and about myself. It was super chill and the manager was nice too. Went in for a day and got shown to the backroom and it was a 10 minute experience. Afterwards they showed me around the store.

Basic interview processes with questions like how do you work with a team, can you be flexible in your work, the hours you can work, your learnability, a time you dealt with an unhappy customer
The interview was very relaxed but was in a professional setting. Nice managers and co workers. They were very friendly to talk to. Many were eager to answer any questions that I may have about the process or the job itself
