Interview process was bit strange.
First, I was asked to go through written technical test for Director of IT position. It was pretty hard with questions on C programming and all. I applied for Director of IT Infrastructure. So I felt it was odd. After few days, I got an e-mail saying that I was not qualified
Then after 3 months, I was contacted by recruiter scheduling video interview with VP of organization. Interview was less than professional. Obviously, I didn't move forward with the process

Recruiter reached out to me since my profile looked interesting. Had one interview with the hiring manager which went fine and was asked to speak to the other peers in the organization. Was asked basic questions at the peer meeting. However, was told they were moving forward with another candidates. Wonder if they were looking at specific retail experience.

chain of executives from various functional areas flowed into my interview room for 6+ hours. they represented VPs and directors from many functional departments. Some were more prepared than others but all seemed to take genuine interest in the process
