Their HRs are unprofessional and not respectful to individuals. Covid-19 put job seekers in vulnerable situations, they are taking advantages of that -- once they realize that you really need a job they will give you a package much lower than previously discussed. Pretty weird. Only two days to decide accept the offer or not, HR refuses to give any extension.
The interview process is average. One round of online coding challenge (three coding questions, several questions about production concepts and flow), and another round of face-to-face interview. But I would expect more communciations during the technical interview.

OA: three coding challenges using Python, not difficult.
Interview: 1-2 coding exercises. Problems are at hard level, but it seems that you don't have to be bug free.
Normal interview with resume questions as well as an half hour technical session; was given medium level leetcode problems. Second round talked to a group leader and elaborated on resume.
I had a video interview with CTO. He asked me about my previous work project at my previous company. After 5 days, I was reached out by the hr team about the interview result.
