I applied online and got a call for an interview about a week later. The interview itself was pretty casual and informal, nothing too special in particular. Questions were mostly behavioural and whether I had prior experience in arts and crafts etc. The manager just outlined what the general duties are and expectations they have for the role. I got hired on the spot.

Done over the phone, just a simple phone screening talking with the Store Manager. It was fairly short, only around 15-20 minutes. The manager asked about experience on my resume, as well as my availability.

Easy. I walked in the store to ask if they had any job openings, and the manager interviewed me on the spot, and offered me a job. I submitted an application afterwards.
