In the interview the questions asked were based on a personality test. They asked about prior work tendencies. There were a lot of case by case scenarios to see if your responses were on track with where the company was headed. A lot of explanation based questions that led to follow-up secondary questions.

Was just like having a conversation with a friend. They made me feel valued. At first I was nervous but by the end we continued talking and forgot about being nervous

Pretty straight forward interview. Normal interview questions like “Tell me about yourself “ or “Tell me about a time…”. Starting pay was horrible so I decided not to take the job offer.

Great interview it was a great experience. The manager asked questions regarding my schooling and past work history. I’ve worked retail for many years and Michael’s is a great company to work for
