Average interview. I met with a team over Zoom for a handful of STAR questions. After the interview, I received emails almost weekly being told to expect an update for over a month. I sent a follow-up nearly two months after the initial interview and was told they already hired someone else. Felt extremely avoidant and unprofessional to string a candidate along like that.
