2 rounds of interviews. 1st round went well, I was invited for a 2nd round. 2nd round was 2 people not included in the 1st round and the interview panel did not seem to be prepared at all. Poorly executed overall, any questions that I asked were not answered, just given a long drawn out response that never answered my question. Was told from a 3rd party that they felt that they had to pull answers out of me...odd...I interview very well and if they didn't get the answers that they were seeking it was because they didn't ask the questions properly. Line of questioning was odd, they were fixated on minor details of using software which is best demonstrated instead of explained. An age related comment (potential discrimination) was made which made it clear that they had not looked at my resume to see that I had many years of experience (I look much younger than my actual age). Had I interviewed again with the interviewer from the 1st round I would have wanted the job, 2nd round interviewers made me no longer interested in the job.
