Depending on what department you want to be a part of for sales you either have to know a good amount of knowledge during the interview process or general knowledge. BYO (Build Your Own) for example would need to know more details when it comes to what computer parts are compatible and the names of the products.

You'll get an email for an interview, they interview you in a group. You will have to take an exam that has a lot of math and grammar questions. You will have to present one of the other people in the group after interviewing each other. You will be given specific scenarios and asked how you would handle them.

Very straightforward and all behavioral. Cares about interests and other relevant things about your character/personality (how you fit in). I didn’t have the best hours available as a college student so I wasn’t offered a job.
