I have applied to Microchip from college as a part of placement process in my final year of bachelor's degree. There will be a online written test that comprised of 5 different categories like C programming, Aptitude, Digital and Analog Electronics, Microprocessors. Later to written test there are multiple technical rounds of interviews are conducted. The count of Technical interviews is not certain. I am scrutinized with 3 Technical rounds followed by 1 HR round.

The on-campus recruitment process consisted of nine fully technical rounds. The interviewers primarily evaluated our final-year project, its implementation and originality. They also tested core engineering fundamentals and basic concepts studied during college to assess our overall technical depth.
