Very casual, positive discussion. Had a great exchange of questions from both interviewer and myself. Originally, I had no idea what the position was about, but my interviewee did a great job laying out the duties and sold me on it.

Efficient process. Very professional in updating me throughout - great recruiting experience. Nothing out of the blue, really, if you truly know your industry and can sell yourself. After all, that is what consulting is.
