I found both phone and in-person interviews pretty engaging. They definitely want to make sure that they pick someone that can mix well with their environment and can grow with the company.

Entrevista
Had a phone screening first then face to face interviews . The interviews were very conversational and focused on management styles as well as creating an open and energetic culture. Very nice office. Cool vibe as the artwork displayed on the walls was created by the employees!
