Entrevista
The hiring process is very simple. A candidate is usually referred by another employee and then the interview is conducted. The first round is generally taken by the HR in which the candidate is given an aptitude questionnaire containing 15 easy question which need to be completed in 30 mins. Once the candidate completes the questionnaire then the candidate is sent for the second round which is taken by the team leader and then the final round is taken by the general manager ( Testing)
