I went thru both an phone interview, and an in person interview with several different people. Despite being in their office, some portions of my interview were with remote workers. I endured technical difficulties due to their poor conference room Wifi. This made the process choppy and discombobulated. They strung me along for several weeks while being told I was their top candidate, and offer was coming after the holidays.

Got an initial phone screen from HR and then moved on to a video conference call with the team I would be working with. Final step was an in person interview. After the in person interview, I felt very much strung along. Let them know I had another offer and needed an answer relatively quickly and waited multiple weeks. Finally got a call saying that I was going to be sent an offer. Another week later I was told they were scheduling more interviews for the position.
