This process took about four months and consisted of two phone interviews and a six hour onsite interview. I was shown around the campus which was a really interesting look into how the daily operation there works. I also got to speak with a series of about five people and discussed projects that I had worked on. The only part that makes this a negative experience is getting ghosted by the hiring manager even after he said that I had a "good chance" of getting the position, and the recruiter that I was in contact with stating that he would get back to me.
