Applied on their website, took a month to get the interview. There are two interview, one with section manager and one with director. Section manager is really nice but director is frankly intimidating as expected. First interview was about 40mins followed by a 10mins "interview" with director a week after. Got an offer after 2 months waiting afterwards, offer delined.
