I originally applied for the position through Monster.com and was called back a couple weeks later for a quick phone screen. After talking to an HR rep for about an hour, I was set up for a phone interview with the actual manager for the following day. This interview was a bit more behavioral and more job specific. Again, it went well, and I was called back later in the week to come in for an on-site interview. I was not given a schedule for the interview, but was asked to fill out a paper application prior to coming in, which was a bit odd and rather thorough. When I got there, I was scheduled for a total of about 6 interviews through the day and was on-site for almost a full 8 hours. They varied in complexity, there were a couple that were normal behavioral, a couple of general discussion, and one that was quite technical. To be honest, a lot of people weren't sure I could do the job (I'm degreed for something a bit more technical) and it showed. The technical part caught me off guard, as the questions were not anything I had dealt with before. Overall it was a long day, but I left with a better idea of the job and the company. I'm expecting an offer, though I probably won't be taking it.
