There were two-three rounds of interview, depending on a case by case basis. First round consisted of questions to get to know you better as a person. (E.g. your personality & your thought process, whether you engage in analytical and logical thinking) Second round of interview consisted of more technical questions, asking about your knowledge regarding semiconductors.

IQ test to be done before interview. Interview was on a weekend. 30 minute company introduction in the morning with other candidates. During interview, interviewer did not have any of my papers ie. resume, nor any tablet or laptop to see my application. Many questions about my resume and experience. Asked me 2 IQ questions on the spot.
