Sent in application through career website. 2ish weeks later, got an email from recruiter, gave a document of question to fill out. (Document questions went from normal stuff like do you need sponsorship to tell us about SQL experience). Completed the document and sent it back. A few days later, an online panel interview was scheduled. The questions for the interview were all software design class questions. (for example, what is the difference between polymorphism and inheritance.)

round interview with 6 people, overall the experience is good 2 c# technical questions and the rest are all behavior questions. There are some questions about salary expectation and work environment.

Applied in July, interviewed in August, thereafter did not hear any news and emailed HR but HR decided to ghost. Also, the job posting has been on Linkedin several months, and repost every few weeks. Reckon the job posting has been there even before July.
