It was an online interview. The interview was scheduled on Friday but the recruiter called 3 hours prior to inform the interview will be postponed to Monday due to the hiring manager's busy schedule. The interview was scheduled at 12.30 pm but the hiring manager joined the meet 15 minutes later. The qualification of the position was written as "Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply" but the manager expected me to know everything about production planning, etc. Waited a week for the results and then email the HR only to get a reply saying if I don't receive any call in 2 to 3 days, I am not selected. At the end, I didn't get any rejection email but I get to know from the Workday portal that I was not selected. Just a request, if the candidate is not suitable for the position and the HR decided to not select the candidate, please send an email to the candidate saying that we are not selected.

Before the interview, HR would call you to schedule so. HR would ask your basic knowledge about the position. Firstly, please introduce yourself. Secondly, what are your personal pros & cons. Describe your industrial experience. Three interviewers: one is a Japanese supervisor.
